Circle 45 Consulting was launched in 2010 with a goal to help small-to-medium size companies reduce their transportation costs and ensure the most efficient point-to-point delivery of their products.
In 2023, Circle 45 Consulting advanced its service offerings to focus on providing transportation consulting services for companies shipping in America’s contiguous 48 states — assisting companies in driving significant cost savings into their supply chain and transportation networks.

Conrad has 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive management experience in the LTL, truckload, intermodal and airfreight industry. Prior to starting Circle 45 Consulting, he was Assistant Vice President, Sales for Hub Group, Inc.; Vice President of Sales – Southwest Region for Transplace; Area Vice President for Alliance Shippers, Inc., and co-owned Time Saver Transportation, a truckload brokerage company, for 10 years. He returned to his entrepreneurial roots to launch Circle 45 Consulting in 2010 to leverage his expertise in the transportation sector to offer cost-effective solutions to help customers with transportation networks maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace — and help organizations provide local and global impact.
